If that warrior is so retarded as to not notice a load of casters raising their arms and turning towards him, then quite frankly he deserves to die.

Either that or they've been butchered by a fast cast mesmer.

A single Fast Cast Mesmer could probably sneak an Orb on a frenzied warrior if they were lucky. You couldn't pull off a full spike though, as soon as multiple people started casting it would be called on vent and the Warrior would cancel. There is the opportunity to Frenzy-Lock the warrior with Blackout, which is effective but very hard to pull off regularly.

I was actually thinking of Ineptitude or Clumsiness. Ineptitude by itself takes off almost half the warriors HP using frenzy and can be sneaked in between attacks to be unavoidable.

I remember watching the world championships and watching War Machine play. Their warrior would be attacking and at 1/2 health using Frenzy and I'd used to laugh that nobody in the enemy team thought of bringing Ineptitude to counter him. But then again, that was before the update almost doubled Inepts dmg.

frenzy is a pvp skill b/c ppl dont usually go for warriors first
so basically u only use it when there arent ppl attacking u. which is very common in ha and gvg's.

dont really see ineptitude and clumsiness in gvg and ha.

but the thing i hate most is tat when i ask 'inexperienced' ppl why they bring frenzy they say its b/c the top players use it. they dont even think about what their skillbar does, only tat the top players use the same thing.

and yes if the warrior is so stupid tat he keeps frenzying when he is targeted then he does deserve to die. ^^

actually if people bothered to watch the players in the top korean guilds use Frenzy, they're almost always backed up with Protective Spirit from a monk.

As an elementalist,if I ever do random arenas with a group that is less than expert, then I'm screwed if a warrior comes after me, becuase usually my group is too inexperienced to know how to support me. If that warrior comes after me with frenzy, then I might be able to get some decent damage in, but I am 10x more screwed.

I hate Frenzy (only when it is used against me, i guess) but I acknowledge that it is not nearly as bad as noobish PvP wanabes think it is.
